About Me

Since I was born in 1973, I have been involved in various sports and fitness activities including basic gymnastics, football, rowing, martial arts (karate and ninjitsu), airsoft, bodybuilding, and most recently, calisthenics. Even as I approach older age, I still feel as fit as I did in my twenties, and I believe I am in the best shape of my life today. I have found that maintaining a healthy body and staying pain-free in adulthood requires a balanced combination of good nutrition, regular exercise, quality work, and adequate rest.

My qualifications and expertise:

I am passionate about helping people in their 40s and above to achieve their fitness goals. I understand the challenges of fatigue and stress that come with aging, especially during training. Older individuals can relate to these challenges uniquely. However, I also enjoy working with younger people, helping them develop a passion for gym and sports, and guiding them to meet their fitness goals and commitments. I believe that sports and exercise are instrumental in shaping one’s character and personality.

I am a fully accredited CIMSPA personal trainer with additional qualifications in Nutrition for Sport & Exercise Performance and Exercise Considerations for Independently Active, Older Adults.

Why hire me?

Everyone is unique and faces different barriers due to various factors such as their sex, gender, religion, or body shape.

As a personal trainer, my job is to eliminate as many barriers as possible to help my clients achieve their fitness goals, attain their desired body, and feel better about themselves.

This is one reason I chose to work as a freelance personal trainer instead of at a public gym. Public gyms are often crowded, and some people may not feel comfortable exercising in front of others, which can be a barrier to starting and maintaining a fitness journey. It could be related to their body, a specific religious belief, or gender expression. The venue I operate in is rented on demand. The staff are professional and friendly, and the only other people you’ll find there are other personal trainers with their clients. It’s never overcrowded, and you’ll experience a non-judgmental and safe environment.

I only train individuals one-on-one, so you won’t be working out with other people or in a group. You will have my undivided attention – that’s a promise!

4 Weeks of 2 sessions each, ONE SESSION OFF. 350£
