Would we consciously choose to ‘limit ourselves’?
So you have a goal, you decide to take action on it, you feel excited your taking action then you stop why? Your mind start running beliefs, can I really do this? Is it wrong to achieve my goal? What will others think of me? Will I be judged? Shouldn’t I do what everyone else is doing? What if no one likes me? I’m not worth it? I don’t deserve to live my life?
You feel unsure, not confident, disheartened.
So how do you feel good about your goal if each time you begin to take action you’re then overcome by such beliefs? Your dream just sits inside of you waiting to be experienced – expressed. What an internal conflict, you try to move forward but you pull yourself back, so you feel stuck where you are, then it’s possible you forget about your dreams because it doesn’t feel good to think them about anymore. Dreams don’t have deadlines.
Would we consciously make a decision to believe ‘I will never live my life’?

Why am I believing this?
Is this belief taking me closer to my goals?
How does this belief make me feel?

having a grid of tiles which cover an image(your dream), and the image(your dream) is being revealed after each tile (belief) is removed.
