The following massages are available from a qualified and experienced female massage therapist for both males and females: The four top techniques:

– LOMI LOMI: is a unique healing (“Loving hand”) massage derived from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii. It works gently yet deeply into the muscles with long, continuous, energy flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and, enabling the recipient to relax, give in and simply be, also helps release the blockages and therefore facilitates the road to healing. On the physical level, through Lomi Lomi stress and tension are relieved, blood and lymph flow assisted and the elimination of wastes and toxins stimulated. Lomi Lomi is not just a physical experience; it also facilitates healing on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels as well. The client viewed as someone to be returned to harmony and balance.

– HOT STONE massage: is a therapeutic, specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly. The warm volcanic, basalt stones relieve deep muscle tension. The warmth of the stones penetrates your muscles to soothe aches and pains, helping you to unwind and feel rejuvenated.

– AROMATHERAPY/ HOT OIL MASSAGE: Therapeutic massage normally using a custom blend of aromatic essential oils to ease away physical and mental tension, thereby achieving greater benefits. Can also be done with only heated natural oils, no essential oils on your request which has similar effect. This is the perfect treatment to soothe and calm frazzled nerves and wind down an active mind; tension and stress simply melt away.

– BAMBOO MASSAGE: using a unique technique (developed by Gerard’s Co) offers relaxation and soothing as well as draining effect. The massage also has strong bio-stimulating and revitalizing effects. It can be also applied to specific areas of the body only, before or after a medical treatment.

The massage improves your health and is ideal for both men and women. Sportsmen will appreciate it for stimulation of nerves, muscles and blood circulation as well as stronger relaxing and soothing effects. – SWEDISH MASSAGE (soft or medium firm): A whole-body therapeutic massage that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health- creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system promoting relaxation. It uses a combination of different strokes to help reduce muscular pain, ease joint stiffness and alleviate stress and headaches. Benefits include increased blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and improved muscle tone. It is also an effective detox therapy.

– DEEP TISSUE/ REMEDIAL/ SPORTS MASSAGE (firm): is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. A detoxifying therapy that relieves fluid retention and works out tired, aching muscles. It is a body-boosting massage working on knots, tensions and tightness to help the detox process.

-MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE: is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. This therapy helps with swollen limbs, lymphoedema, lipoedema and faster recovery from surgery, e.g. abdominoplasty. Lymphatic drainage massage is also a natural way of losing weight.

– INDIAN HEAD Massage: A very special massage of the upper back, neck, scalp, face and ears using gentle, medium and firm pressures helping to release blocked energy and ease muscle tension. The 45 min or one hour sessions can include a little facial massage, too if needed.

– REFLEXOLOGY/REFRESHING Foot Massage: Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet. This is done using thumb, finger and hand massage techniques. It is based on a pseudoscientific system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet, with the premise that such work on the feet and hands causes a physical change to the supposedly related areas of the body. It is an ancient form of foot massage which is a safe and natural therapy that promotes self healing and relaxation. Refreshing foot massage is a relaxing, pampering foot massage for tired feet from the Swedish technique.

– FACIAL Massage : includes exfoliation, facial massage and mask promoting relaxation and well-being.

– PREGNANCY Massage: is a type of special massage therapy specifically designed to be used during pregnancy. It is also called prenatal massage. Pregnancy massage helps relieve some of the arches and plains of pregnanc. It uses different pressures to help to reduce headaches and muscular pain promoting relaxation.

– Mini treatments (15 min) are also available now for problematic areas from each massage types! I operate BY APPOINTMENTS, daily 7.30am-9pm (different rate applies from your second time on a Sunday). You can book in advance or book on the day subject to availability.
