My massage enables the relaxation of the muscles in order to help ease out the tension that is held within the body using a variation of pressure to the muscle. The benefits are immense, especially for those who need to remove the daily stress; the massage goes deep into the muscles, knots and relieves body tension in order to leave you feeling totally relaxed.

I focus on specific muscle groups and this can thus help ease pain, strengthen and tone muscles, and result in you feeling more supple and rejuvenated.

The rate for a 1 hour massage is just £50 – this price would include travel to your location. I can also give you a 90 minute massage for just £70.
